DISCORDIA is looking for an AI-First Full Stack Engineer who embraces AI-first development and uses tools such as Cursor AI, Claude AI, Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar AI assistants as a core part of the engineering workflow.
This is not a traditional developer role.
We are looking for someone who can analyze problems, structure solutions, guide AI tools effectively, and take ownership of the final result.
In this role, you will develop and maintain internal systems and applications with a focus on:
- fast delivery of working solutions;
- quality and maintainability;
- efficient AI-assisted development.
What You'll Do
- Build new features to our internal systems using AI-assisted development
- Analyze business and technical requirements
- Translate business requirements and tasks into clear and effective AI prompts and workflows
- Review AI-generated code for quality, security, and performance
- Diagnose and resolve issues
- Work across frontend, backend, databases, and integrations
- Maintain clear and practical technical documentation
- Continuously optimize development processes using AI tools
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of full stack development
- Experience with frontend, backend, and databases
- Good debugging and code review skills
- Logical thinking and systems-oriented mindset
- Ability to understand data flow across systems and integration layers
- Strong interest in AI-assisted engineering
- Experience with AI development tools is a plus, but not required
- Fast learner with a strong curiosity for emerging technologies
