The Captain takes the guests orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing
The Captain is the primary person responsible for clearing and setting up tables in his/her area along with providing his guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require
Knowledge on the restaurant, its products and promotions is crucial for the Leader to know as they are the main contact with the guest
The Captain may also have the responsibility of additional side duties such as polishing chinaware/cutleries, refilling condiments and guest supplies
He/She may also be responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Job Requirements:
Age maximum 27 Years old
Hospitality or F&B background
Have a good ability to work both as team or individual
Minimum 2 years work experiences as a Waiter/Server
