For this position, you'll be assigned for our client based in Jakarta and focusing in Insurance industry. Having background in similar industry is preferred.

Role Description

This position will drive IT planning accuracy, spend discipline, and value realization through FinOps, portfolio controlling, and actionable financial insights. The IT Business Controller/IT Planning Analyst acts as a strategic partner connecting IT strategy, business needs, and financial governance. The role ensures financial discipline across the IT portfolio, enabling costeffective delivery, optimized operations, and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 35+ years experience in IT Financial Planning & Analysis, Project Finance, PMO (Project Management Officer), Finance, or Controlling.
• Strong understanding of Capex/Opex, accruals, capitalization, depreciation, and EAC.
• Coming from BFSI industry is preferred.

• Familiar with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and PPM tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
