Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description:

• Support the full FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for business units
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, highlighting key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with department heads and business units to provide financial insights and support data-driven decision-making
• Assist in variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, identifying performance drivers and improvement opportunities
• Provide financial recommendations and actionable analysis to support business strategies and operational efficiency
• Support team members in stakeholder management and business partnering activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 35+ years of FP&A experience, ideally with strong exposure to Manufacturing or Retail industries
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to present insights clearly
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP/finance systems preferred
