Job Description

Massive Music Entertainment, a music publishing company, is currently looking for an FP&A & Finance Business Partner Assistant Manager to join our Finance team.

We are looking for a finance professional who is not only strong in numbers, budgeting, and forecasting, but also able to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. This role will play an important part in supporting management decision-making, strengthening financial discipline, and partnering closely with stakeholders across the company.

As part of a music publishing business, this role requires someone who is adaptable, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in the music industry is a plus, but not mandatory. A willingness to understand the business context will be important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Prepare and analyze financial models, management reports, and variance analysis
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support planning and decision-making
  • Support financial controlling and management accounting activities
  • Ensure financial analysis is delivered clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Financial Controlling, or Management Accounting
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Tax principles
  • Proven ability to build robust financial models, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver clear management reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Advanced spreadsheet capability and adaptability to accounting systems or finance tools
  • A strategic and critical thinker who can turn financial data into insight and well-reasoned recommendations
  • Curious, proactive, collaborative, and able to bring positive energy into the team
