Financial Accounting Specialist

Qualifications:

1.Held a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Taxes;

2.Experienced as a Senior FAT for more than 1 year, or as a Staff FAT with a minimum of 3 years of employment;

3.Held Brevet certificate (A & B), or equal certification, will be an advantage;

4. Having experience in an Independent Audit or Tax Consultant firm will be more preferable.

5.Have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Accurate Online.

6.Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment, and

7.Fluent in English, both verbal/written, Mandarin will be an advantage.

Job Description:

As the Senior Finance, Accounting and Tax (FAT), you will be responsible for assisting the Company's FAT compliance, other accounting and tax assessments as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Gathering information and handling the payment process across departments, including the necessary Treasury processes to the Banks (Cek/Giro);

2.Supervise the accounting record regarding AP, AR, Advance, and other relevant transactions (BS/PL) and liaise with cross-department/site;

3.Gathering information and handling the tax compliance, including as appointed admin in Coretax, such as Income Taxes, Withholding Taxes, and VAT;

4.Preparing reconciliation related to Banks, AP/AR, Advance, Inventory, Accruals, and/or relevant accounts in the balance;

5.Preparing all tax reconciliations for monthly and annual reporting purposes;

6.Preparing the financial summary (such as: Aging, Summary, worksheet, etc) related to the balance account and for the annual report preparation needs, and

7.Report to the FAT Manager as required.
