Finance Supervisor
As a Financial Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, implementing financial policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to the finance team. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will contribute to the overall success and stability of the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure smooth cash flow management.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and analyze data for strategic insights.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with auditors and address financial risks effectively.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts and track actual performance against budget and identify variances for corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in finance, with supervisory exposure preferred.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to work in Central Jakarta.
