  • Provide financial and business support for the company's international business in Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea and other regions (e.g.: bookkeeping, invoice processing, payment procedures, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow management, and reconciliation).
  • Maintain reporting procedures to ensure compliance with internal requirements.
  • Assist in formulating policies and procedure manuals, clarify job responsibilities, and reduce the risk of errors.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of budgets, communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide forward-looking financial support for business operations.
  • Participate in regional projects / assist in building the regional financial framework (identify optimization opportunities and key risk control points).
  • Assist in data analysis, aggregate and refine financial data, evaluate business performance, and provide financial insights for business decision-making.
  • Provide local financial support to various business teams, and be responsible for the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes of each Business Unit (BUs).
  • Support market-related inquiries and act as a communication bridge between external stakeholders and the company group's internal finance team.

Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Language Proficiency:English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must, Chinese preferred.
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of accounting / general ledger work experience (experience in private companies or accounting firms is preferred).
  • Core Skill 1: Experience in financial reporting and consolidated financial statements.
  • Core Skill 2: Familiar with local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and capable of preparing local financial statements for government and tax authorities.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiar with accounting systems (such as Oracle, etc.).
  • Practical Experience: Experience in dealing with government tax audits.
  • Company Background: Work experience in multinational companies, and understanding of the process of reporting to overseas headquarters.
