Finance Supervisor

About the Role Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Finance Supervisor will play a critical dual role in driving our Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiency and optimizing our Treasury operations. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure our financial health remains robust.

• Treasury & Cash Management: Manage actual cash flow and forecasting, execute fund allocations, oversee vendor payments, and prepare comprehensive treasury reports.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: Strategize and manage the full AR cycle, ensuring all outstanding receivables are collected timely while managing credit, bad debt reserves, and corrective actions.
• Financial Reporting: Lead the monthly closing of financial records, general ledger analysis, and ensure all reporting requirements are satisfied.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the company and key external partners, including banks, government entities, external auditors, and customers regarding credit terms.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the AR and Treasury staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance Management from a reputable university.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience (multinational company background is highly preferred). Must include a minimum of 3 years in Treasury/Banking, with solid experience in collections and credit control.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities. You bring strong leadership qualities and a deep sense of responsibility.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Language: Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Profile: Minimum 30 years old, highly motivated, innovative, and capable of performing excellently with minimal supervision.
