About the Role
We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Individual Contributor) with strong experience in the automotive industry, preferably manufacturing/assembly. This role focuses on hands-on finance & accounting execution, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong control over manufacturing-related financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day finance & accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, inventory & costing).
- Prepare monthly closing, financial reports, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor production cost, inventory valuation, and manufacturing-related transactions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.
- Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Strong experience in automotive industry, especially manufacturing/assembly.
- Solid understanding of costing, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel skills;
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
