We are looking for a Finance Operations Officer who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations, including billing, collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is required strong communication skills (both verbal & in writing): Firm but influencing, attention to details, process based & strong administration skills.

As a Finance Operations Officer, you will handle financial transactions, support the month-end and year-end closing processes, and contribute to continuous improvements in finance operations. Key Responsibilities

Billing and collection to customers, recording journal cash receipts

Collecting and reviewing proof of withholding tax (Art. 23) and prepopulated VAT documents

Performing accounting tasks such as reconciliations, processing, and maintenance of finance operations reports

Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes

Assisting the Finance Operations Manager with operational finance tasks and process improvements

Identifying and recommending improvements to strengthen financial controls and efficiency

What Were Looking For

Education: Bachelors degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance operations, preferably in the IT services or technology sector

Strong collaboration skills across teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations

Strong communication skills in English (oral & written)
