You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and controls not just to keep things in check, but to drive smarter, faster decisions across the company.

What You'll Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all departments.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting systems, and financial policies.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to guide business growth.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely, accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Manage relationships with external partners: auditors and banks.
• Support IPO readiness activities including financial audits, compliance documentation, and reporting standards alignment.

What We're Looking For:

• Financial Expertise

Strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and business modeling.

• IPO Experience

Prior involvement in preparing a company for IPO or public listing processes.

• Strategic Mindset

Ability to connect financial data with business goals and drive action from it.

Knows how finance supports functions like marketing, logistics, and sales.
