Finance Manager
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Management
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) will be an advantage
Work Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Prior experience in manufacturing industries (garment, bags, footwear) is highly preferred
Technical Competencies
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax compliance
- Solid understanding of manufacturing costing and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/HPP).
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience handling both internal and external audits
Managerial Competencies
- Proven ability to lead and develop Accounting/Finance teams
- Strong financial planning and risk management capabilities
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong integrity
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
