NAGASWARA is a leading recording, publishing, and artist management company with over 20 years of prominence in the entertainment industry. We are seeking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our financial planning , forecasting & business analysis within the music label industry.

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing the company's financial health, including budgeting, cash flow, reporting, taxation, forecasting, financial controls, and strategic financial planning to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning , Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare annual budgeting & financial planning
• Develop financial projections and monthly forecasts (revenue, cost & cash flow)
• Analyze financial reports and provide insights to management for decision-making
• Analyze profitability by project, artist, campaign, or business unit
• Create break-even and ROI projections
• Monitor actual vs budget performance
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Build dashboards and KPI reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and control cash flow & expenses related to artist projects, production, and operations
• Ensure operational liquidity
• Manage payment schedules and receivables
• Optimize idle cash placement

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee bookkeeping and accounting accuracy
• Coordinate audits and tax reporting
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
• Handle commercial vs fiscal reconciliation

Budget Control

• Approve and monitor operational spending
• Prevent budget leakage and overspending
• Implement internal financial controls

Business Strategy Support

• Evaluate investments and partnerships
• Conduct feasibility studies
• Analyze expansion opportunities
• Support fundraising or investor reporting

Team & Process Management

• Supervise finance/accounting staff
• Improve SOPs and financial systems
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Econmics or related field
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Finance , FP&A ,Accounting or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Tax and compliance understanding
• Detail-oriented, analytical , good communication and team work skill
• Interest or experience in music/entertainment industry is a plus
