Position - Finance Manager / Chief Manager – Finance

Location – Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

Finance leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and compliance functions to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

Financial Operations & Controls

• Oversee and supervise the end-to-end accounting process, including payments, collections, and reconciliations
• Ensure robust internal controls and accuracy across all financial transactions

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Review and analyse monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) including variance and trend analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business strategy

Statutory Reporting & Compliance

• Lead the preparation and finalisation of annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and corporate reporting requirements

Audit Management

• Act as the key point of contact for external (statutory) and internal auditors
• Manage audit processes, timelines, and closure of audit findings

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Oversee treasury operations, including third-party payments, intercompany fund transfers, and liquidity management
• Manage cash flow forecasting and optimise working capital
• Coordinate with banking partners on foreign exchange (FX) transactions and related requirements

Payroll & Employee Cost Management

• Review and approve payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper accounting treatment

Intercompany Transactions

• Manage intercompany billing, invoicing, settlements, and reconciliations across entities

Accruals & Corporate Reporting

• Ensure timely booking of monthly revenue and cost accruals
• Deliver accurate and timely corporate reports to management and group stakeholders

Tax Compliance

• Oversee review and filing of all applicable tax returns and assessments
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and support tax audits where required

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation
• Strong experience in financial reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management capability
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in financial services / fintech / multinational environment is an advantage
