Job Description

Responsibility:

Financial Strategy & Planning: Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization; develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Budget Management: Oversee budget preparation and financial forecasting; ensure that expenditures are consistently aligned with budgeted amounts.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production costs and prepare accurate and timely financial reports; present financial reports to the board members, stakeholders, and executives.
Tax Management: Manage the company's tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes.
Risk Management: Evaluate and manage financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
ERP Systems Management: Utilize structured ERP systems to enhance financial performance and business operations; ensure that all financial data is accurately captured and reported.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team; promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Other duties that directed by the supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; an MBA or CPA would be highly advantageous. Master's degree will be advantage
Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a proven track record in financial management and leadership.
Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
Good knowledge of tax aspects, including compliance and planning.
Proficient in the use of structured ERP systems; strong ability to analyze production costs.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken is a MUST
Willing to Work From Office at Bojong Kamal, Legok. Kab. Tangerang.
