Our client is a Jakarta-based holding company focused on managing and developing investments in the mining sector. Through its portfolio of subsidiaries, the company is engaged in mining-related operations and business activities across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise financial operations for multiple group entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Handle financial consolidation and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including mining-specific taxation.
• Oversee tax reporting, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
• Prepare and file SPT Badan and SPT Orang Pribadi (SPT OP) for members of the Board of Directors (BOD).
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the mining or natural-resources sector.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, particularly in the mining industry.
• Proven experience handling SPT Badan and SPT OP, including SPT OP for BOD members.
• Experience managing finance for multiple entities or group companies.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Accurate, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is an advantage.
• Experience with mining operations and licensing (e.g., IUP) is preferred.
