Corporate Finance Manager who can transform financial data into meaningful business insights, support executive decision-making, and build strong relationships with investors.

What You'll Do
- Manage relationships and communications with investors by providing regular business and financial updates.
- Analyze financial statements, business performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Consolidate financial and operational data into clear reports and executive-level presentations.
- Prepare presentation materials for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and investors.
- Support the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Develop financial models to support business planning, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
- Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with senior management to evaluate business performance and recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Investment Banking, Big Four, Financial Advisory, or other related finance roles.
- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance is mandatory.
- Proven experience analyzing business performance and translating financial data into strategic business insights.
- Experience preparing executive presentations and communicating findings to senior management or investors.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to perform well under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing investor communications or supporting fundraising activities.
- Experience in technology, fintech, insurtech, consulting, or high-growth companies.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, or FMVA are a plus.
