岗位职责:
- 负责印尼公司整体财务管理工作,包括会计核算、财务报表、预算管理、资金管理及财务分析等;
- 负责印尼当地税务申报、税务筹划及相关合规工作,确保公司经营符合当地法律法规要求;
- 组织月度、季度及年度财务结账工作,按时输出各类财务报表及管理分析报告;
- 建立并完善财务管理制度及内控流程,提升财务管理的规范性与风险控制能力;
- 对接总部财务团队与印尼本地业务团队,确保财务数据准确、沟通顺畅、执行到位;
- 对接当地审计、税务顾问、银行及相关政府部门,维护良好的外部合作关系;
- 为公司经营决策提供财务支持,包括成本控制、盈利分析、资金安排及经营改善建议;
- 根据业务发展需要,参与投资、并购、项目落地等相关财务支持工作。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,财务、会计、审计、金融、经济等相关专业;
- 具备较丰富的财务管理、会计或审计相关工作经验,有海外或印尼本地工作经验者优先;
- 熟悉印度尼西亚财税政策、会计准则及相关法律法规,具备较强的合规意识;
- 能够熟练使用中文和印尼语开展工作,英语可作为加分项;
- 具备较强的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力;
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够适应跨文化工作环境;
- 有制造业、建材行业或中资企业相关背景者优先;
- 能够长期在印尼工作。

Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for overall local financial management, including accounting, tax compliance, treasury management, and financial analysis, while also serving as a key bridge between headquarters and the local team to ensure efficient and standardized financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall finance function in Indonesia, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, and financial analysis;
- Manage local tax filing, tax planning, and compliance matters to ensure the company operates in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations;
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, and prepare timely financial statements and management reports;
- Establish and improve financial management systems and internal control processes to enhance compliance and risk control;
- Coordinate closely with headquarters finance team and local business teams to ensure accurate financial data and effective communication;
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax advisors, banks, and relevant government authorities;
- Provide financial support for business decision-making, including cost control, profitability analysis, cash flow planning, and operational improvement recommendations;
- Support strategic projects such as investment, M&A, and business expansion when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or related fields;
- Solid experience in finance management, accounting, or auditing; overseas or Indonesia-based working experience is preferred;
- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and related legal compliance requirements;
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving ability;
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment;
- Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or Chinese-funded companies is preferred;
- Able to work in Indonesia on a long-term basis.
