Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the organization and filing and scanning of important documents.
  • Assist in processing sales orders and sending out invoices to customers.
  • Verify associates claims and assist in prepare payments list.
  • Follow up with customers and suppliers for account receivable processing.
  • Support the implementation of the system, including the cleanup of the supplier and customer database.

Requirements:

  • 3 months internship - Finance Department
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Able to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment
