About the role:
As a Finance Intern, you will support daily finance and accounting operations, including financial data reconciliation, journal entries, and documentation. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete financial records while gaining hands-on experience in a professional finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial data reconciliation from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in preparing and recording journal entries in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Collect and organize supporting documents for financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the completeness and validity of financial data.
- Perform other financial administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Final year university student or fresh graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting, financial statements, and reconciliation principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
