About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Executive to support the end-to-end financial operations of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and providing reliable financial insights to support management decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external auditors, playing a key role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of the organization.
Job Description
- Manage full-spectrum finance and accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing, including adjustments and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, bank statements, and financial forecasting to support business decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparation and submission of tax reports.
- Oversee internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits.
- Maintain and update finance policies and procedures, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required.
