Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with integrated accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Job Description:
- Prepare and review accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of reports.
- Monitor and control cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
- Supervise the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain accuracy and security of company financial data and assets.
