Regional Finance Business Partner - Sumatera

Job Description:

• Provide financial guidance to regional functions to ensure sustainable regional growth and profitability.
• Drive financial performance and operational finance excellence across the region.
• Ensure each area has the right funding mix to support growth, innovation, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure efficient capital allocation aligned with regional priorities.
• Identify early signs of financial risks or inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure national financial policies and performance frameworks are effectively translated and executed across the regions and DCs.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CMA is a plus).
• 7–10 years of experience in a finance role.
• Strong capability in strategic business partnering and delivering financial insight.
• Solid understanding of multi-area finance operations.
• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven excellence in people development, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
