SAP Finance Transformation is responsible for driving SAP Finance transformation execution by translating business requirements into system‑ready solutions and ensuring strong coordination across Finance, IT, and implementation partners.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Finance, IT, and implementation partners, this role ensures strong cross‑functional alignment and execution to minimize risks and implementation gaps.
- Coordinating testing activities including UAT, defect tracking, and validation, the role ensures SAP Finance solutions meet business and regulatory requirements to avoid operational disruptions post‑go‑live.
- Overseeing data migration, reconciliation, and reporting validation, this position ensures data accuracy and financial integrity within the SAP system to maintain trust, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Monitoring project progress, risks, and dependencies through structured tracking and reporting, the role provides management with timely insights and escalation points to enable informed decision‑making.
- Proactively identifying process gaps, improvement opportunities, and system optimization areas, this position contributes continuous improvements beyond implementation to enhance long‑term operational performance.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master's degree or relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP FI/CO) will be an advantage.
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in project‑based roles, preferably involving: SAP Finance implementation-enhancement-transformation projects, finance process improvement or system migration (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), cross‑functional collaboration with Finance-IT-business stakeholders, exposure to UAT-data reconciliation-process mapping-change management.
SAP & Finance Systems
- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules (FI/CO); exposure to S/4HANA preferred.
- Understanding of end-to-end finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Reporting).
Tools & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with project documentation, issue tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with collaboration and project tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, JIRA).
Languages
- English: Professional working proficiency (written and verbal).
- Bahasa Indonesia: Fluent or native.
