The Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager will be reporting to the Management team in Malaysia. You will be overseeing the entire accounting and finance processes for the company's operations in Indonesia. You will work closely with our international team to ensure excellent quality standards are adhered to. The incumbent will have to be equipped with strong knowledge, understanding and experience of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and monthly financial/management reporting.
- Perform month-end closing and prepare baseline financial reports.
- Manage cash flow, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor, employee, and statutory payments.
- Manage local tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax, employee tax, and
- corporate income tax.
- Ensure statutory compliance including annual audit and regulatory reporting.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and business performance monitoring.
- Operate banking platforms and accounting systems; support finance process
- improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.
- Experience or knowledge of Sage ERP is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
