Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and accounting records on a regular basis
  • Issue receipts and manage billing documentation for customer and internal transactions
  • Handle and complete administrative documentation related to property/home purchase orders and sales transactions
  • Prepare and issue tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
  • Calculate, report, and submit monthly tax filings including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax Article 21 (PPh 21), and Unification Tax (PPh Unifikasi)
  • Prepare budgeting reports and monitor company cash flow to ensure effective financial planning
  • Execute daily financial transactions including payments, transfers, and reconciliations
  • Review, verify, and consolidate payment requests and reimbursement submissions
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper filing of all financial and administrative documents

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation (PPN, PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, Faktur Pajak)
  • Familiar with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/system
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and integrity when handling financial data
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
