Major Responsibilities
- Process company Accounts Payable transactions (third party invoices, employee expense reports, employee advance requests, etc.)
- Ensure the accuracy of Accounts Payable record
- Process payments timely to prevent business disruption and ensuring cost efficiency
- Having active communication with third party vendors and employees to ensure great service excellence and provide support to the business
- Ensure the compliance of operational activities with company policies and procedures as well as regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Account Payables, but fresh graduate can be considered
- Fluent in English, written and oral
- Good communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience working with SAP will give value
