Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the accuracy and timely report of Accounting Report while also ensure compliance with PSAK/IFRS and local tax regulations.

- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.

- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting, finance and purchasing teams.

- Provide advice and professional judgement related to Accounting Record.

- Reviewing & validating payment transaction and expenses.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices.

- Develop Finance Strategies and Policies.

- Manage accuracy of reporting, and maintain healthy condition of the company financials.

- Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to support scalability. Collaborate with Internal Audit Department.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management with accounting data insights.

- Analyzed monthly and quarterly financial statements and presented the reports to the BOD.

- Coordinating annual audits, Due diligence, Tax Audit, and Ad Hoc related to Accounting Department.

- Collaborate with internal IT and data teams to design, implement, and optimize accounting systems, automation, and reporting dashboards.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, system upgrades, and collaboration with IT.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00) from reputable university. Master Degree is a plus.

- Around 8-10 years relevant working experience in Accounting or Audit with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role. Ex Big 4 Auditor or Big Corporation is a plus.

- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills preferably with exposure to start-ups, technology, or data-driven companies.

- Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK) and financial reporting.

- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia

- Familiar with big data environments and able to collaborate with IT/data teams for automation and system integration.

- Have a strong analytical and logical skill in solving problem and reconciling numbers and account.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment with evolving processes.

- Having CPA / CA is a plus.

- Having the certification of Brevet Tax A & B is a plus.

- Willingness to work from office at Haji Nawi, South Jakarta.
