We are expanding our padel club operations and are looking for an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to join our pre-opening team. This role will play a key part in setting up the financial structure and ensuring strong financial governance from day one.
What Will you do :
- Lead the full finance, accounting, and tax functions of the club
- Develop and implement financial systems, SOPs, and internal controls
- Prepare budgets, financial projections, and cash flow management
- Oversee monthly financial reporting and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and handle tax planning & reporting
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- Support pre-opening budgeting, cost control, and investment monitoring
- Monitor operational costs and provide strategic financial insights to management
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
- Experience in pre-opening teams (hotel, club, or new business setup) is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
