Finance Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end finance & accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and strong financial governance
• Drive accounts receivable and payable strategies to optimize working capital and cash flow performance
• Plan, manage, and forecast cash flow to support business sustainability and growth
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies
• Provide strategic financial insights, analysis, and timely reporting to support management decision-making
• Partner with senior management in budgeting, financial planning, and performance monitoring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Audit experience in a well-established Public Accounting Firm is preferred
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK)
• Skilled in financial statement preparation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Understanding of tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP-based accounting systems is an advantage
