Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager

TNP Group is looking for a Junior Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager to support our fast-growing retail operations.

This role requires a hands-on finance professional with strong accounting, tax, and retail operational experience who can ensure accurate reporting, healthy cashflow, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Manage accounting records, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
• Handle tax compliance (PPN & PPh), including reporting and timely payment in accordance with regulations
• Review tax working papers prepared by the Tax Officer
• Monitor and manage cashflow, Account Receivable (AR), and Account Payable (AP)
• Coordinate and oversee stock opname and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy between system and actual stock
• Support budgeting and weekly forecast reporting for management
• Act as PIC for external audits, including audit preparation and follow-up of findings
• Supervise, guide, and support Finance & Tax team members to ensure work quality and compliance
• Support finance control and reconciliation for company expos and offline events to ensure accurate sales, cash, and inventory records
• Review and improve internal finance processes, including SOP updates to increase efficiency and control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
• Brevet A & B (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Tax
• Retail / FMCG experience with inventory handling is mandatory
• Experience managing AR/AP, tax reporting, and audit processes
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
• CA / CPA certification is a strong advantage (nice to have)
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight timelines
• Comfortable leading a small team while remaining operationally involved
• Willing to work WFO in Kelapa Gading
• Available to join immediately is a plus
