As a Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager, you will:

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting & Tax team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Oversee taxation matters, including tax planning, tax compliance, and coordination with external tax consultants and authorities.
• Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, and working capital.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, accounting, and tax regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
• Experience managing budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, taxation, and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Retail, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
