Adecco is currently partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire an FP&A Executive (Corporate Finance) who will play a strategic role in driving financial planning, business performance, and commercial decision-making across the organization (Jakarta based).
In this role, you will act as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial insights that support business growth, optimize profitability, and enable data-driven decisions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, executive reporting, and SaaS business analytics while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
What will you do:
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly planning processes.
- Develop rolling forecasts and monitor financial performance against budget.
- Identify potential cash flow risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for business performance tracking.
- Analyze revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and other key financial metrics.
- Partner with business leaders during budgeting and planning cycles.
- Perform pricing analysis and evaluate commercial initiatives.
- Build financial models and business cases for strategic projects.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
