Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Accounting & Finance Manager to join our team on-site in Sukoharjo. This role will oversee daily accounting and finance activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and ensuring accurate financial records.

As part of a lean organizational structure, this role will work closely with management and supervise a small finance team to ensure smooth financial operations and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and accounting operations
• Familiar with taxation, audit preparation, and financial compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial processes
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a small team
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and handle both strategic and operational responsibilities
