As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong financial governance across the organization. You will lead the accounting function end-to-end while providing financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with PSAK, GAAP, and/or IFRS.
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including AR, AP, Treasury, and month-end closing.
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure financial data integrity.
- Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations for management and business leaders.
- Manage audits and take full accountability for audit readiness and data submission.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support business needs, manage risks, and enable growth decisions.
- Drive process improvement and automation, maximizing the use of ERP systems and Excel.
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team while ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA is a strong advantage).
- 68 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 23 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong command of PSAK, GAAP, and/or IFRS and financial reporting practices.
- Hands-on experience managing AR, AP, Treasury, and closing processes.
- Proven ability to ensure accuracy, discipline, and ownership in financial reporting.
- Solid experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel, including reporting and reconciliation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive mindset.
