ROLE DESCRIPTION
This important role offers a great opportunity to be part of our key support function and grow together with one of the leading investment banking advisory houses in Indonesia.
We seeking highly motivated and excellent candidates with a proven track record for the position of Finance and Accounting Manager. This position will be a critical role as you will be responsible for the overall accounting, financial operations and statutory reporting and taxation matters for the Company as well as overseeing general affairs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage day-to-day operation within the firm in terms of finance, accounting, and tax
- Maintain high quality accounting records to ensure accurate reporting of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Deliver timely, accurate and relevant financial, tax and management reports
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting on a monthly and annual basis
- Effectively implement accounting policies and procedures, internal control and compliance
Issue invoices and manage collection of account receivables in timely manner
- Ensure all tax obligations and filings (PIT, CIT, WHT and VAT) are prepared accurately and submitted in compliance with applicable regulations and deadlines
- Handle tax authority inquiries, review and audits
- Build relationships and communicates effectively with other peers and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university
- At least six (6) years of work experience as Accounting/Finance Manager, Accounting Supervisor or with a Big 4 accounting firm
- Excellent command in accounting principles and tax regulations
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (MS Excel, Powerpoint) and Accurate accountingsoftware is a must
- High attention to details, accuracy and strong personal discipline
- Excellent in both verbal and written English
- Strong analytical skills, sound and solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to work independently
- Able to start work as soon as possible
