Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
