Key Duties & Responsibilities to Include
- Staff Supervision & Training:
- Mention supervising room attendants, developing staff schedules, providing training on cleaning techniques, and ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.
- Quality Control & Inspections:
- Detail the process of inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance, reporting any issues or defects.
- Inventory Management:
- Include tasks like monitoring cleaning supplies, coordinating restocking, managing linen and uniform inventories, and controlling chemical consumption.
Qualifications for assistant housekeeper
- Minimum 1 years experience in similar position at Hotel
- Attention to detail and quality and guest-oriented
- Ability to inspect rooms and count inventory
- Familiar with VHP System
