Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities to Include

  • Staff Supervision & Training:
  • Mention supervising room attendants, developing staff schedules, providing training on cleaning techniques, and ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.
  • Quality Control & Inspections:
  • Detail the process of inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance, reporting any issues or defects.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Include tasks like monitoring cleaning supplies, coordinating restocking, managing linen and uniform inventories, and controlling chemical consumption.

Qualifications for assistant housekeeper

  • Minimum 1 years experience in similar position at Hotel
  • Attention to detail and quality and guest-oriented
  • Ability to inspect rooms and count inventory
  • Familiar with VHP System
