We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities the ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, providing insights, preparing strategic reports, and facilitating decision-making in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner to the CEO in managing priorities, communications, and key initiatives.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and develop briefing materials on financial industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate and support strategic planning sessions, board meetings, and leadership discussions.
- Track progress on business goals and provide analytical updates on KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Draft executive correspondence, reports, and summaries with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage and prioritize the CEOs schedule, ensuring efficient allocation of time to critical matters.
- Collaborate with senior leadership teams to facilitate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and business growth within the financial industry context.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar strategic support role, ideally within the financial industry (banking, fintech, investment, or financial services).
- Strong understanding of financial services, regulatory environments, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare high-level reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
