DOO you have what it takes
What youll be working on:
- Check and monitor customers equity and position limits to ensure no over-trading
- Deal with the front office on trade transaction issues such as orders type, deal price matters, and other matters
- Prepare and submit regular reports related to trading activities, market updates, and client positions
- Assist in Trading system maintenance such as leverage adjustment, group creation and adjustment, settings, etc
- Assist to communicate with the trading system provider on system bugs, enhancement, etc
- Assist to deal with upper brokers regarding trade and product-related matters such as commission, order execution, product updates, etc
- Handle trade and financial product-related matters, including holiday announcements, new product launch, and new product testing, etc
- Assist on Product-related maintenance in the trading system, such as Futures contract size matching with related exchange, Stock lots size matching with related exchange, etc
- Resolve trade-related transaction issues together with relevant departments
- Involve in trading system enhancement project
- Execute securities, futures, options, and related orders
What were looking for:
- Possess at least a bachelor&aposs degree in economics, Finance, Banking, Management, Accounting, mathematic, physics or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of trading knowledge and experience in CFD is a MUST.
- Familiarity with trading platform such as MT5 is highly desirable. .
- Experience in project management related to new system / product launches will be considered a significant advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good command in Both English and Indonesian.
- Willing to work in shift arrangement 24/5
