Job Description

Job Summary:

Providing support for operational activities by assisting reliable outputfor the Director, including: arrange schedule activities, liaise and follow up to all Department or other parties in accordance with the management's objectives

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and on time, including but not limited to:

- Checking the completeness and validity of data from the documents submitted by each department and store before obtaining management approval

- Scheduling meetings for the supervisor with the relevant teams

2. Arrange dan schedule business travel and all schedule activities daily

3. Process claim reimbursement in order to all procedure in finance

4. Create reports and provide data summaries to be submitted to Superior

Requirement :

- Work experience 1-5 years (max. 6 y.o experiences)

- Min. Diploma degree, any major

- Detail, proactive, communicative, agile

- Excel, Word,English is a must

- Professional grooming
