Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide full spectrum of executive support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate point-to-point travel logistics such as flights, hotels, transport, local office arrangements, and expense claims processing
  • Maintain and schedule upcoming events in senior stakeholders calendars
  • Assist in day-to-day office administration and team operations
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project progress
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the manager


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a front-facing or personal assistant role
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with repetitive work and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Vibrant, energetic, and cheerful personality with a proven ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Highly ethical and able to maintain confidentiality of information
