We are looking for International ERP Consultants to support end-to-end ERP implementation projects. You'll work closely with clients and international teams to understand business requirements, improve processes, and implement ERP solutions. What You'll Do

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate client requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Assist in configuring and implementing ERP systems based on client needs.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered accurately and effectively.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist clients throughout the testing and implementation process.
• Provide system training and guidance to clients to ensure they can effectively use the ERP solution.
• Support clients during the Go-Live process and provide assistance when needed.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues or areas that may cause delays.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, system specifications, and implementation-related documents.
• Communicate project updates, requirements, and solutions clearly to both clients and internal teams.
• Work with international and cross-functional teams across different markets and cultures.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Take on other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in ERP, business processes, technology, and digital transformation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating in English and working with international clients and teams.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Basic understanding of programming or databases is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience or knowledge in ERP systems, accounting, or business process analysis is an advantage.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and business concepts.
• Willingness to travel or work with overseas clients when required.
