Location: Manado (On-site) Position Type: Full-time
What Youll Do: Teach English to students of different levels (General English, IELTS Prep, and English for Specific Purposes). Design engaging and interactive lesson plans. Foster a supportive and motivating classroom environment. Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with fellow teachers to improve teaching quality.
What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree (English, Education, or related field preferred). Strong English proficiency (spoken & written). Teaching experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome. Passion for education and helping students grow. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
