English Language Instructor

KitaCakap is looking for a highly dedicated English Teacher to join our team in a part-time position. This role involves teaching English to working professionals and entrepreneurs who want to improve their business communication skills. The ideal teacher has experience, a deep understanding of and love for various foreign cultures, and a background in the business sector. They also have the ability to create an interactive and enjoyable learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective lesson plans for English in a business and professional context.
• Be proficient in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English.
• Help students understand and appreciate various foreign cultures (especially Western) through the context of language.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Help students prepare for exams and develop effective learning strategies.
• Integrate technology and digital resources into teaching to improve learning quality.
• Create an interactive and supportive learning environment for student development.

Qualifications:

• Hold a D3 or S1 degree in English or a related field.
• Have a good/competent English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, or an equivalent test).
• A minimum of 2 years of English teaching experience.
• Have a passion for helping students achieve career success in global companies.
• Deep knowledge of and love for foreign cultural diversity.
• Experience using educational technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.) is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Days and Hours: Follows the varied course schedule (can be adjusted to the teacher&aposs schedule)
