Engineering Specialist

A significant portion of our products, 67%, is exported to international markets, while the remaining 33% is distributed domestically within Indonesia. The Engineering Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Karawang. The role involves overseeing manufacturing processes, optimizing mechanical and engineering systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency. The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects, analyze operational challenges, and communicate solutions effectively to support the company's goals.

• Strong skills in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in Project Management and handling multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse teams
• Solid Analytical Skills for identifying and solving technical challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
