Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Badung for an Engineering Specialist. The Engineering Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects related to property maintenance and improvement. Key tasks include analyzing technical challenges, managing project timelines, supervising engineering operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with other departments and teams for successful project execution and maintaining the properties in excellent condition will also be required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and manufacturing engineering skills for managing property systems and providing technical solutions.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills to successfully plan, execute, and evaluate engineering projects.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective team coordination and interaction with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a high-quality and detail-oriented manner.
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Engineering or a related field are preferred.
