Job Overview

As an copywriter, you will be responsible for writing compelling and persuasive copy that will help the company attract new clients and grow its business. You will work with a team of education consultants to develop and execute marketing campaigns, and you will be responsible for writing all of the marketing materials, including website copy, brochures, email campaigns, and social media posts.

Responsibilities:

1. Help the mentee assess their skills, strengths, weaknesses, interests, and values.
2. Assist the mentee in setting realistic and achievable career objectives.
3. Identify skills gaps and facilitate skill development.
4. Help the mentee build a professional network through volunteer activities and internship..
5. Assist in crafting an effective resume and portfolio.
6. Prepare the mentee for university or internship interviews.
7. Provide constructive feedback on performance and progress.
8. Act as an advocate for the mentee within professional circles, such as giving recommendations when needed.
9. Gain insight into the mentee&aposs aspirations and career goals.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering (any field of engineering)
2. 2 years of relevant experience in teaching/mentoring/engineering and/or computer science field.
3. Demonstrate competence in relevant engineering tools and technologies.
4. Proven track record of mentoring and coaching others
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
6. Strong understanding of overseas education admissions processes
7. Fluency in English and is a must
